Pros

Free meal and free pop

Cons

Teenage boys run the show. You aren't held to a very high standard of customer service. Who cares if the customer has to call back AGAIN. It is constantly playtime for all supervisor and lead positions. Training is nonexistent and they flat out have no patience to assist those who really want to legitimately learn to do their job CORRECTLY. Potential for good money if your willing to lower your personal bar and put up with their nonstop shenanigans.

Pros

There is free lunch on site, which is usually just a hamburger, or some sort of shredded meat on rice and beans.

Cons

There is increasing amounts of corporate red tape personal biases which have killed the innovative culture. Getting things like a half decent computer are near impossible. There is more and more pressure to take quality shortcuts in order to make cheaper devices to hawk to customers.
