Vivint has an extreme LDS, bro culture. Bosses regularly threaten to fire in various departments, as I have seen myself and heard from others. They follow a stick culture and there is no carrot/ incentive to perform well. This over the years has lead to mediocrity. You will probably not learn anything new here apart from saving yourself from toxic politics that your manager lays out for you. Other departments have the same culture leading to constant fire fighting, and lack of vision Leadership thinks they have the right to question on a button color in public launch meetings when they cannot guide on company vision. An absolute disaster of a company! Go read the news and you will not be surprised why Vivint has the reputation it does with customers, legal and shareholders
