No pros at all, full of inconsiderate people.
Cons
-They don't give the commission if they don't want to. -If I ask for help from the supervisors, they will go on lunch intentionally saying that I can handle it ( btch will I ask for help if I can handle it?) This happened to all the supervisor I've been with and I've been with 7 different supervisors. Why do you ask? Because atleast every month someone will either resign or get fired. -The company teaches us ways to lure people, they will ask us to tell people that the equipment are great but after a day or two it won't work anymore. -I personally heard the Operations manager saying "We can easily replace them" in a meeting. Even if their employees are working hard to prove themselves. -They make sales representative and field technician work until 12 midnight outside the field. As long as they didn't finish the job or reach the quota they have to work. -If you're an ordinary worker, you're nothing to them. Not worth their time as they said.
