Pros

Good Experience can be very fun with the right team and guys. Taught me a lot about sales and met some very successful people. Money can be pretty good but definitely a grind. Put this on my resume to find a corporate sales job with base pay + commission and bonuses. If your scared of knocking on random peoples door for a living this isnt for you. Honestly less people then you would think are rude only been cursed out like once by someone on the doors. Meet really cool home owners.

Cons

Truly a grind hard work draining. can go a few weeks without money or sales. going d2d not for anyone training is mid tier had to kinda just figure it out. 6 days a week during summer if you want to be very productive. You don't get paid hourly so you technically could take off whenever you want but it's not a good look.

Pros

Great company, lots of perks! The schedule is consistent; busy and slow seasons make the work predictable. There is always something to do, so if you like to stay busy, then this position is great for you. The team is relatively small, so everyone is close!

Cons

No growth opportunities. Seems like the 1Stop department in general gets pushed to the side; there is no recognition for the work you do.
