      Pros

      Great team manager who is a great positive communicator.

      Cons

      Your are paid absolutely ridiculously. Work 40 hours per week. Sell allot of product and bring home on the average $1000 every two weeks. Many times the commission structure is less than 3%. We were promised a new pay plan and they took money away.
