Cons
1. Almost no processes - neither in software development, nor in administrative area and carrier development. No requirements are gathered and there are no product owners, so nobody really knows how the things work and what should be done. 2. Bad management - the people from sales department give unreal promises to the customers without any communication with the developers, then the development managers push you hard to try to satisfy these unreal expectations. They don't cate about your opinion (though they say it differenty) and estimations. 3. Too many personal is being put into professional relations. 4. Management is rude sometimes. 5. A tons of micromanagement. 6. No clear path to grow your carrier. 7. Working with the casinos could be a personal probalem for someone.
