Pros
My coworkers were more often than not all diplomatic and friendly people.
Cons
Concerns about maintenance issues were never heard effectively. We frequently encountered bugs that delayed production. But no time was set aside to refactor or fix design issues. We developers would have taken responsibility for this, but our sprints were usually packed with so many new features that it was risky embarking on any significant architectural changes. We never took time to reflect about things as a team, even when the same kinds of problems arose. No accountability or pressure when things were delay; were that the case, maybe we would have had an incentive to adapt how we worked.
