Community Day is the only remaining positive for the company.
Cons
The number of reorganizations is excessive. We had one every six months. Many without any justification, but it was clear that the tenured employees were targeted. New management wants to ensure they have ‘yes people’’ who will not question any of their decisions. A lot of institutional knowledge has been lost and management just does not care.
