Pros
-Knowledgeable people and opportunity to learn and innovate -Flexible work time as you can work from home when you have to and can cover your hours -Friendly environment within a team -Good PTO but pay range is below market rate
Cons
-Very less opportunity to grow within the company (People are working for years, and outsiders are hired in Senior level positions while the experienced staffs could have been promoted) -Understaffed most of the time-so the staffs could be overloaded sometimes. Team stealing staffs from another team which is already understaffed. Also, staffs are switching teams for no gain (promotion etc.)-sign of bad management. -Inept HR-slow and very bad at negotiation-Pay what a person is worth to the company, not on what the person used to make in previous job -Personal ego between senior level staffs (Directors and above)- they do not want to communicate with each other in-person and ask their staffs to convey message- I think very bad culture and not good for the company
