Pros
Good benefits; pay good for execs, could be better for regular staff; flexible work from home policy; great commitment to community through outreach
Cons
Two things stick out to me - A) HR is a joke; need a good leader, less silos of business partner per business unit; encourage HR business partners to follow the policies set by HR. And B) this could apply to just about every manager on up: communicate directly with your staff when adding tasks, instead of the "voluntold" approach; often the one who has been voluntold to take a task is given zero direction, zero support, and not evaluated on the additional tasks at year-end, yet are still held accountable for tasks out of their position and band; Unfair to staff.
