Pros
Flexible WFH Policy. Okay benefits. Some good co-workers.
Cons
Leadership only looks out for each other. Department leaders and managers constantly sabotaging each other’s projects and blaming the analysts for the aftermath. Very rude, dishonest, condescending behavior targeted at lower level employees. Possible sexism - at some point I realized I was getting worse treatment than my female counterpart. Upper management keeps these folks in supervisory positions for 22 years and promotes them while retention level at the lower levels are very sub par. The company needs to realize that refreshing their lower level positions will not alleviate the rot that is seeping from the top. Last person in this position quit and made an internal move after a year. I tried to do the same after almost two years, but apparently they don’t like that. Spoke to a recruiter about a new role Friday and was out by next Tuesday. Very shady. Stay away.
