Pros
They offered 25 PTO days plus 8 holidays
Cons
For a healthcare GPO company their health insurance is awful. You will be paying out of pocket for everything unless you're extremely unhealthy and/or end up needing surgery to maybe meet your deductible. The office environment is extremely toxic, your bonus is contingent on your relationship with your manager so if they don't like you then you could end up with barely anything as a bonus. HR does nothing when complaints are filed against bullying. Company is notorious for letting people go on April 1 and then asking the people they just fired to stay on for an additional month so they can find their replacements. If you don't agree to this then you won't get a severance package. In the three years I worked there I never got a raise outside of one 3% market increase. The company has no direction when it comes to strategy for their future, it's like watching someone throw wet noodles at the wall hoping something will stick. If you decide to work for this company, good luck! Managers never take responsibility for their screw ups and love to throw their employees and each other under the bus.
