One group in particular - in the Accounting dept - has a high turnover rate and continues to have high turnover. Lack of resolution for the high turnover. Some managers have a history of HR issues with employees and higher turnover. Those managers should be reprimanded and it usually doesn't happen. Bad managers shouldn't be allowed to stay in their position.
