Business Outlook
Pros
Colleagues are friendly and well-intentioned. The PTO package is generous, particularly as employees accrue tenure. Opportunities for community service are abundant.
Cons
Outside of people management, career progression is limited to non-existent; lateral movement is not progression, nor should it be considered such. The organization is top-heavy and highly inefficient, causing a strain at the individual contributor level. Middle management has no vested interest in developing staff. The lack of diversity at the C-Level is alarming.
