Cons
I joined the company with high expectations, initially impressed by what appeared to be a strong culture and clearly defined goals. However, over time, the environment proved to be increasingly unstable, marked by frequent reorganizations and periodic layoffs. Leadership at the executive level appears disconnected and struggles to communicate change causing a lot of confusion . This company was once a great place to work, but over the past three years, the environment has become increasingly toxic. The current business model feels outdated, and there’s a noticeable lack of clear direction from leadership. Be cautious about the “Best Place to Work” awards—they’re not as credible as they seem. Companies can pay to participate in these surveys, and the questions asked are limited. If they score well in those areas and pay for the licensing rights, they’re allowed to promote the award. The process is heavily skewed and doesn’t reflect the true employee experience.
