Generous parental leave, PTO package. Town halls share company performance updates.
Cons
Remote workforce career paths have come to a dead end, as internal transfer are now tied to hybrid work requirements. No compensation for relocation has this feeling more like a reduction in workforce. Psychologically unsafe work environment. Despite providing feedback that our VP was unfit for leadership, the VP had been promoted while 50% of our business unit has quit. There is no structure in place to protect workers from this VP, middle management and employee relations are not effective.
