Pros

Great health benefits. Can sometimes append your travel. Interesting co-workers, sometimes very intelligent. Products are cool.

Cons

Specific to VizRT in US: President is micromanaging shark with microagressions and anger management issues. VPs and middle management are spineless yes men in their president's shadow. Truly a petty dictatorship. You pay for your travel expenses, flights, hotels, they reimburse quarterly, but do not have guidelines and I've seen them argue and not reimburse employees for things that should be standard. No work/life balance, they do not respect your time. Expect to work long hours for typically 35% less pay than competitors in same sector. No pay raises EVER, expect only a cost of living raise as it's law in the state, and you'll be lucky if they allow you to take your complete vacation time. Extremely low ceiling, no movement.

We apologize for any experience you had with Vizrt in 2016 that was less than optimal. Since your time here many things have changed and we are continuously looking for new ways to improve the employee experience. We've outlined several new processes that include travel and expense, rolling over vacation days. etc. and we are in the process of rolling out a communications/listening program that helps employees address any issue they feel is having a negative impact on their work experience. Our people are very important to us and our goal is always to have a mutually beneficial relationship. Thank you for your time in providing a Glassdoor comment.

Cons

Owned by private equity group. Only priority is the forecast. Always ready to give away margin to get an order "this month". Very short sighted. Will sell direct even if a dealer brought them an opportunity.
