Unprofessional and unorganized - Business Manager Voices College-Bound Language Academies Employee Review

This organization is super unorganized. Onboarding and training was pretty much watching mandated reporter videos and then you get thrown with the wolves. There is a very high turnover rate which says a lot about the company. SLT is so out of touch with what is going on at the schools and they don't know procedures on how to handle situations themselves. Teachers quit throughout the year which leaves students with no teachers or random subs. This job is a heavy workload with minimal pay. The culture is super toxic which trickles down from SLT. Avoid this organization unless you are trying to gain experience. The organization only cares about the payout for students- not their education.
