Pros
The students struggle with behavioral problems but they really are the reason that you want to be there as well as supportive coworkers.
Cons
The organization of this company is messed up. The turnover rate for all positions is crazy. This year alone I have seen at least 10 different coworkers leave or be fired during the middle of the year with little to sometimes no explanation. Communication is poor and compensation is too. I was constantly having to do more than my job duties or take on large groups of students to overcompensate for the understaffing issue. Many students are now behind because of the constant rotation of teachers and substitutes that arrive to just babysit. This seems more like a daycare at times than a school. The kids deserve better than this, an actual education that won't be disrupted because of the failure to properly organize and manage the school/students by those in leadership.
