Very poorly managed - Field Service Engineer Voith Employee Review

Very little feedback or direction from management. Most managers are in pointless meetings all day. Extremely high portion of employees are contractors who have little interest in company. German employees speak German to each other while you are working with them.....very rude people. Dizzying array of overlapping business systems that are near impossible for a new employee to grasp
