Pros
- Super smart, super accomplished team: employees at all levels are highly educated and have done impressive things with their careers before coming to Voleon - Collegial culture: people at even the highest levels are very approachable and happy to share their knowledge. Idea sharing is encouraged; input from any staff member is valued. - Work-life balance is respected here - it's not just a concept that is given lip service. - The firm is growing, so there is a lot of opportunity to grow with it.
Cons
Overall there are few. One thing is that the staff is lean, so some people end up wearing several hats - sometimes for quite long stretches - if someone leaves.
