The non-leadership staff are amazing..they have gone through trials together and the have created a great support system. The pay is also decent.
Cons
t is an absolute mess of a company. The new incestment company fired all the c-suite, then the new c-suite (which ZERO knew anything about the industry at all) and then all left within 6 months except the 2 at the root of the problem. They hemmorage good tallent with horrible business practices. Drastically changing things for no reason, causing chaos. If you are an idea-person, leadership will take credit for your ideas then kick you to the curb because they have no ideas of their own. It used to be a decent place to work, but now it is a dumpster-fire. Run, dont walk from this company--save yourself the torture.
