A check, holidays, weekends. Not summers because let's face it, you'll either have to work it because the teaching class can't afford vacations. :(

Amazing team. People are genuinely great to work with, competent, and work collaboratively to ensure everything is working as well as it can. The CTO is absolutely amazing and goes out of his way to protect his staff and give them what they need to get the job done.

Cons

Politics definitely bleeds into the work. Many top level leadership staff play politics rather than do whats best for students and staff Pay is much lower than market value, but that is to be expected as its based on budget that is immutable and determined by the state
