Feels like a sinking ship - Anonymous employee Volusion Employee Review

I used to really like working here. Then a bunch of people where laid off/fired and the company was restructured. Since then, there have continued to be changes that don't really seem to make sense. I think the CEO might just be trying new things but it makes for an extremely tumultuous environment. It feels like at any second, something else crazy is going to happen.
