9yThank you for your feedback and we understand the frustration. We adjusted our product priorities in 2016 and have been in a period of transition as we focus on the growth of the Volusion platform. We strive to put all of our employees first and provide an atmosphere of transparency. Our roadmap is shaped by customer feedback and our continuous efforts to improve product quality. We understand that this has caused some internal friction, as change usually does. However, we strive to ensure employee satisfaction by regularly reviewing employee comments via surveys and our suggestion box. We do our best to address concerns as they arise and to make Volusion a great place to work.
