We encourage all employees to speak with their managers about work/life balance concerns. We recently moved into one office space, which will increase the presence in the building and facilitate a better sense of unity across teams. Volusion underwent organizational restructuring in 2016 in order to increase our focus on small to medium size business owners. Now that we are focused completely on the SMB space, we are poised for growth.
