Pros
I'm staring at this box, trying to figure out what to write... They tried to foster a fun, young, work environment, but mostly to make up for the huge downfalls. Monthly potlucks that rarely actually happened, unhealthy snacks that were rarely stocked, apparently they had Nerf wars, but I never saw one in my 8 months. The website says you can get massages at work. Sure. If you want the cost deducted from you paycheck.
Cons
Unrealistic expectations, poor training, poor management (I had managers that would routinely give incorrect answers, as well as managers who would routinely blame customers saying, "there's no problem with the software." The software had potential but it was ridden with bugs. Bugs that weren't being fixed. In the month of March 2012, our sites went down multiple times a day for hours at a time, we had major issues with merchants processing payments with credit cards and along, all we could say is "we are working on it, we don't know when it will be fixed, no we are not offering compensation at this time. Terrible sales team, promising things to merchants that were virtually impossible.
