The pros where when they company was still small, we were a camaraderie of friends, we got along and we learned everyday on what to do.
Cons
greed, once they expanded and went to austin they fired us all in simi valley and gave the best candidates the option to go or be fired also. not a good place to work for, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
