Was promising at first, but now has lost it's luster - Slightly Influential Volusion Employee Review

With all the "cool workplace perks" and "best workplace awards" you would think it would have been a much better place to work. The truth is upper management is really young and inexperienced and are in serious need of leadership training. I would have loved if my manager took more interest in my position. Interestingly enough, they were very surprised when I resigned.
