Pros
It's good to be an engineer at this company. Work-life balance is great, no death marches, and your job is relatively safe** if you do it well. When we had an office, the in-office perks were great. If you're new, this is a good place to cut your teeth before leaving for a better long-term opportunity. **note that this only applies to engineers. I don't think any other jobs at this company are secure
Cons
The company has no direction and changes plans every three months. Prepare to work on things that never get released. If you're fine with that and don't take it personally, the company isn't a bad place
