Pros
The culture and people are fantastic. I don't dread coming into work. The perks and benefits are quite nice as well, and they continually ask us what they can do to make it better. The company is also trying to stay with the times and create products that are up-to-date, so there are always new things to learn.
Cons
The company has grown so large that there is no real upward mobility.
