Pros
Great benefits, flexible PTO policy, advancement opportunities for those who work hard and are positive, supportive work environment. There are a lot of people here who genuinely want to improve the company/product and are willing to lend a hand across teams to get stuff done.
Cons
The last year or so has been bumpy. When I joined, there was no real direction and a few people in leadership positions who were...not a great fit. That being said, some major changes have been made that make me more hopeful for the future. Our current direction makes a lot more sense, leadership is more transparent, and most leaders who were a poor fit no longer work here. The only major con I see currently is a slow pace of backfilling roles, which makes it difficult for things to get done on time, if at all. If we keep moving in the direction we are though, I see a positive outlook.
