OK salary, bad work life balance - Data Scientist Volvo Cars Employee Review

- No work life balance, reduced workforce but the total amount of work stays the same i.e. high work load. - No longer possible to work from home, note* I enjoy working in the office but the possibility to work remotely really helped out when needing to run an errand or visiting the doctors. - Surveillance, the company has started to surveillance the employees by logging the WiFi connection.
