Pros

You will find the work environment very friendly with many social people. Relatively, good salary.

Cons

Bad management, a lot of fire fighting everyday, no long-term planning, no clear path for the software development. A lot of important decisions are made near the coffee machine instead of dedicated meetings having the right people. There is unfortunately "fear of conflict" culture.
