      - Great work/life balance - The pace is good - OK office at Lindholmen - The salary is OK, not the highest but fairly compensated

      - Corporate feeling to the bone - Things moves slowly - An infinite number of managers - You move up slowly on the salary ladder, very slowly

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      * Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

      * Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
