-Work in Volvo, I have more chance to learn new interesting things which will help my personal development! -I have a good manager, care about my career development, try his best to help me to increase my professional skill. -Good work environment -Good payment -Very international, you can work with people from different countries -Lots of benefits

Cons

-No free commute shuttle bus especially when you live far away from the company -Too many organization change

Pros

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Cons

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

* Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

Cons

* Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
