      International company, with travel possibilities, many good career opportunities, including on other business areas, management generally open to discussion, excellent ambience with colleagues.

      Cons

      Power struggles especially line/functional management, Gothenburg centralisation, strange choices on approved technology, innovation stifled by technocratic baronies rather than by needs. Our customers have better IT than we do.

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      Vacation, parental leave, cafeteria, DEI.

      Cons

      I feel like decisions are made by people not involved in processes which results in day to day activities becoming more and more difficult. Unable to schedule projects to save their lives. So many last minute tests and drop in testing, theres almost no point to schedule testing.
