      Pros

      Opportunity to directly work with business and being involved in business transformation projects. New CEO has set up some ambitious goals and definitely IT will play an important role . Decent hikes, respect for people and flexibility in ways of working to meet the deliverable .

      Cons

      Bit slow in adopting new technology ,but in right direction. Career options and growth for senior folks is limited. However organization is working to address this by coming up with a career model and possible paths.

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      * Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

      Cons

      * Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
