Pros
Like any other sales position there is a possibility you will make millions. Most of the sales consultants were awesome.
Cons
NO TRAINING - except the training you receive from other employees.. that have only been there... a month. Management told me what a mess the company was when they were hiring me. The way my pay is set up, I must work no less than 50 hrs. per week, but my schedule is more like 60 hours a week, with almost no chance of commission.
