      work life balance, Paid Time Off, Relaxed Working Environment, People are great, Pension Plan

      Cons

      Location (Greensboro, NC) is absolutely dreadful. If you are 40+ there are pockets to raise a family but there is nothing for young professionals. On-boarding / training all depends on the manager.

      Pros

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      * Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

      Cons

      * Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
