      Pros

      The company is stable, the people are skilled and pretty friendly, ive never had a better boss outside of Volvo. The workload is reasonable, and I like going to work. The benefits are also top notch.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit under the industry average, but that seems to be the case with companies people want to work for and generally have a long future in. In my direct group, moving up is difficult due to limited spots.

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      Vacation, parental leave, cafeteria, DEI.

      Cons

      I feel like decisions are made by people not involved in processes which results in day to day activities becoming more and more difficult. Unable to schedule projects to save their lives. So many last minute tests and drop in testing, theres almost no point to schedule testing.
