A lot of empty talk about values at the company. In reality, this company will try to stab you in the back at every opportunity. Trying to claim business expenses from the finance department is like squeezing blood from a rock. There is an implicit demand that you must work weekends and at weird out-of-office hours or else...! Raising a family on the meager pay they provide is almost impossible. There is a pathological focus on cost cutting which has really destroyed morale. Working for the head office in Sweden is probably much better than this.
