Pros
Working in this company is a daily pleasure as the freedom to act is quite large. For people with willingness to stretch themselves it looks like a good place to be.
Cons
The internal organization is very poor mostly within engineering leading to great deal of confusion on the roles and responsibilities. The same way purchasing is part of operations which is making no sense at all when purchase value is around 70% Also decision making process is horribly inefficient due to that. Result is that poor performers can stay years in position and good ones got desperate to see no promotion and their project stalling.
