      Pros

      Managers are very understanding, And Will work with You if You Have a schedule conflict. Pay was Good, and it was a Good job until I got Laid Off due to recession.

      Cons

      Some of the Old employees act with prejudice against employees that have a different point of view.

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      * Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

      Cons

      * Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
