- Excellent place to work with great opportunities. You can see why Volvo won so many awards as "The best place to work in Brazil". - It's a place where you can grow and stay many years. - Great work environment, a place where you can interact with people from many countries. - An excellent bonus package based on performance. - Constant training - Lots of benefits (bonus, health, dental, club, gym, etc...) - A competitive salary
Cons
At the time they had a huge problem with parking. They had close to 4k employees and not enough parking available. They were building a new parking lot though.
