Pros

Many employees are competent, respectful, and pleasant to work with. The vacation package is good compared to some other companies, but not the best for what progressive companies are offering.

Cons

Toxic masculinity is rampant, which is not surprising since leadership (and the workforce as a whole) is majority white and male. While the organization has implemented some groups such as Women in Engineering, the burden to support women is placed on the women themselves. I have witnessed and hear heard too many stories of “senior” employees exhibiting unprofessional behavior. It’s not okay to call your coworker “idiotic” because you don’t agree with them. It’s not okay to tell women in an aggressive how you think they should do their job when you are not their supervisor. The paid parental leave (6 weeks) that they just rolled out is a joke compared to the paid leave the other offices outside of North America receive.

Pros

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Cons

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

Pros

Vacation, parental leave, cafeteria, DEI.

Cons

I feel like decisions are made by people not involved in processes which results in day to day activities becoming more and more difficult. Unable to schedule projects to save their lives. So many last minute tests and drop in testing, theres almost no point to schedule testing.
