Pros

Good teamwork team. Queit fair and friendly working environment

Cons

Worst, hot blood, unreasonable management. Benefits for worker are all at minimum line level. Bonus, holiday, increment etc Salary increment and bonus deduct if u cant perform OT for one day, and yet Ot is not been paid for any $. Incentive program are not transparent/open between management to workers , all depend on spinsterhood boss mood.

Pros

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Cons

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

* Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

Cons

* Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
