      Pros

      Soft culture, friendly atmosphere, offers a lot of possibilities for a person to work in different areas - all the way from IT to production of trucks.

      Cons

      Lacking High Performance culture, clear vision of the future where IT is part of it (Understands why today), a lot of 60+ people running a great deal of the IT area where they could resign and allow younger talented persons start the shift in generation.

      Pros

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      * Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

      Cons

      * Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
