Top Management in North America is filled with Politicians. They are all close knit circled in Project office, Engineering, Manufacturing, Complete Vehicle . Managers are egoistic in nature. If you get opportunity to work here, be careful about the managers. Some commodities like PPL - Product planning, Project office or Project Management office, Engineering - Vehicle , Cab, Chassis, Complete Vehicle, Manufacturing Project office. No diversity in Top management. All are whites and they hate other skin people taking jobs in top mgmt. They start cropping negative feedback about best performers. Managers from France are ridiculous and they feel they are great but they get successful only because they know top mgmt.
