      Pros

      A good place to learn for beginners. Friendly staff, many highly experience seniors, company has a lot of systems - so you can learn many new things. Good basic benefits compared to other company. For now, we still enjoys quarterly incentive based on company's performance and our KPI.

      Cons

      A lot of kaki bawang, salary is low so if you want to survive in this economy now you need to do a lot of OT.

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      * Not micro-managed * Friendly working environment * Competent and well-versed supervisors * Fruitful experience for those who seek the work (It won't always come to you as part of your role is to aid the Maintenance engineer in his work)

      Cons

      * Lack of a set plan for interns to follow to gain experience (past excel documentation)
